old & older procrastinating writer
I found the answer to my latest blog struggle: Trying to figure out how (if possible; should be) to put a post only on one of my specific pages? Answer: they’re apparently “static pages” and so cannot add posts – that sucks. What’s the point of having separate pages? I continue the search.
Alas, I’ve deleted my eHow articles, but will revise them and put them either on this blog or start another blog with just cat/animal information, etc. I only made $0.22 since they were put up – useless. Not sure how their more rigorous standards will work, but sounds like they’ll become a more professional freelance website. It was fun as it was and I thought of just leaving up the articles I had, but eHow has the right to take them down, so I may as well do it now.
Need to work on getting some notice on the web, instead of blogging into the ether as I’m doing now.
I can’t devote myself to the rigors of freelance right now as I need to concentrate on my creative writing. And try to get organized. And get settled into some kind of job – still with the millions of jobless.
Trying to figure out how to get this to archive so only current month’s posts will appear??? And to send a post with comments to another page. Copied the post, can’t get the comment to go over.
Must try new layout with Blogger in Draft, but not sure if it is only in draft???

This is very important. I would hope that the Obama Administration has the decency to say no to this obscene idea to bring back commercial whaling! To return to the barbarism of the past is unforgivable. It’s bad enough the Japanese, Norway and Iceland (correct me if I’m wrong – will look this up, but the Japanese definitely) continue to engage in this savagery. They just can’t bring themselves to advance into more civilized nations.
Still can’t make sense of Adsense. Apparently Amazon ads must be updated or they blank out?
Not sure when I’ll finish new eHow articles on jobs and job hunting. Haven’t been concentrating. Don’t see the money in it, but is still interesting.
Novel is the most important.
Apathetic Congress (and current Administration) didn’t pass unemployment extensions, so million+ families have to suffer further indignities and hell, while AIG and Fannie/Freddie want more money; and no doubt they’ll get it.
The enslaved orcas at Sea World continue their lives in hell, like the gladiators of old, for the entertainment and greed of the current dominant human ape species.
Love the series Caprica, but wish each episode was longer to enhance the forward movement of the story (no TV – I watch on the Internet).
Still can’t get this damn monetizing to work properly. Oh well – I guess no money for me.
Will be writing several articles on job hunting, unemployment, and more cat related articles on eHow. Doesn’t look too good for money though. Need to concentrate on my novel; and of course, continue the desperate search for some kind of work.
Looks like my unemployment died/disappeared – they won’t tell you a damn thing. This country is going to hell so fast.
